Janet's Second Annual Balloon Release in
January 2009 was a big success! Each
year we write, in a few words, any
unwanted clutter in our lives on a slip of
paper, we don't put our name on it. We
assemble in our office building lobby, Janet
gives each person a balloon and we attach
our slip of paper to the balloon string. We
proceed outside to the park, Janet leads us
in a short prayer, we count to 3, then we
release our balloons into the sky. When
this is done, there is such a sense of relief
as we watch our balloons, along with the
unwanted clutter floating up, up, up, and
away, only to disappear into the sky. Click

On this page, you'll find the text of some of my positive expressions and those of others. I have spoken many and written many of these to help brighten my day and lift the spirit of others. From time to time, it is so important and uplifting to inspire others as well as ourselves. After the publication of my first book ‘A Time for Praise, devotions and prayers that inspire and bring enlightenment', I realized the differences and significants of positive expressions and affirmations. One’s own peace, joy and happiness are predicated on what they proclaim for their personal life. Learning to speak and think positive expressions about you as an individual and others are indeed are life lessons harvested and then manifested. Be good and kind to yourself and others!
